As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
I have been a certified Life Coach & Nutritional Coach since 2022, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I'm trained via Cornell, Yale, and NASM, providing a well-rounded approach to your wellness.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, through client-driven methods in a compassionate and non judgemental format. I allow the client to explore their inner thoughts and discovery, and give practical solutions, methods, and ways of looking at life to achieve a healthier, happier life.
I stress behavioral change, and specialize in weight management, nutritional coaching, stress relief, career guidance, relationship problems, and life's obstacles. I believe wholeheartedly in Reciprocal Determinism, and help the client find which of their "triangle" needs the most change (behavior, thoughts, or environment).

*New clients must select "Let's Break the Ice"
*Returning clients must choose 30 or 60 minute appointments.
*Video chat is better for both client and counselor, but if you don't feel comfortable on camera, a phone call is acceptable.
*Special arrangements can be made for appointments outside my "normal" hours.
*We are HIPAA Compliant
*I will provide Super Bills to submit to insurance. Many HR departments and insurance companies will reimburse for Health & Wellness, or Nutritional Coaching. Check prior to booking if finances are a concern. Our government classification (NPI) does not allow us to accept insurance on the front end.
